com.game.sizzlesortThis Terms of Service applies to Sizzle Sort
(package com.game.sizzlesort, “the App”). They are developed and published on Google Play by
Rasheed pvt (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using an App you
agree to these Terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, sublicense or redistribute an App or its assets;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify an App, except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
- use cheats, automation or modified clients to alter gameplay;
- use an App in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. Virtual items
Coins, gems, equipment and other in-game items are part of the game. They are licensed, not sold, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the App, and may be changed or reset by a game update. The Apps have no in-app purchases.
4. Your device and your data
Game progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling an App, clearing its data, losing the device or resetting it will erase that progress permanently — we hold no backup and cannot restore it.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, change or discontinue an App, in whole or in part, at any time. We do not guarantee that an App will be available without interruption or free of defects.
6. Intellectual property
The Apps, including their code, artwork, audio and text, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms grant you no rights in them other than the licence in section 1.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of an App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Age
The Apps are intended for users aged 13 and over.
9. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms.
